　　Credit Officer(应届生转正) 职位描述：

　　Department: Retail Sales Care

　　Function Name: Credit Officer

　　Main Tasks:

　　1. To process retail credit applications in compliance with internal and external regulations and working guidelines

　　 To check whether the loan is applied for a rightful purpose.

　　 To check whether the loan tenor, down payment amount and interest rate meet VWFC’s requirements.

　　2. To evaluate the credit profile and repayment capacity of loan applicants via available methods

　　 To analyze loan applicants credit reports for rightful evaluating applicants’ credit standing and credit behavior.

　　 Based on analyze application materials and field visit report (if applicable), evaluate loan applicants’ financial strength and repayment capacity.

　　3. To make credit proposals for loan approver’s decision, as well as to make credit decisions within assigned competence according to working guidelines, based on all available information and analysis

　　Education:

　　 College or above education, majoring in management/finance is preferred.

　　实习生培养项目

　　自2014年3月起，大众汽车金融(中国)有限公司计划开展“实习生日”，“实习生人才库”等人才储备培养项目，以此吸引优秀的在校生。其中，“实习生日”为公司实习生提供进一步了解公司概况以及核心业务的机会，为来自不同职能部门的实习生搭建沟通和学习的桥梁，更有机会了解公司发展的轨迹，感受良好的企业文化。“实习生人才库”则是通过评估和选拔，将优秀的实习生录入人才库中并且提供培训机会，将其作为公司长期的人才储备。
